Inlet Manifold Help

So I took a brave pill at the weekend and swapped over the Valve. I wasn't able to get the "back" bolt back in, primarily because I couldn't see if it was lined up, so it's holding on by one bolt. However, it's on there and the car is working as it should again (and making me grin!). Next step to get it calibrated again and hope the EML goes out.
Cheers, Jeff
Well done.

One bolt should do for now but best to get the other one in a some point soonish. For what it's worth I would slacken the bolt you have in a touch and then feel for the other hole with some longer 'feeler', eg suitable diameter small torx driver/drill bit/longer M5 bolt (suitably tethered to avoid losing in the abyss). Having got it lined up tighten the the bolt you have in and have a go putting the other M5x16 bolt home, it should go straight in. Hope that made sense.

Hope it's now fixed when you get the fault cleared.

Sorry for the delay Andy, I SORNed the car over lock-down. I used your tether technique (genius) and got the other bolt in. Now for the recalibration ?.
