There's no real need to do this, as most good replacers will put a protective barrier over the trims.
If you do want to take them out, you need to pull them out at the top (nearest the door) and then it's just a case of sharp tugging, but be warned, these clips are an absolute nightmare to get out, as they have short secondary prongs on them which lodge in place, and the harder you pull, the harder they grip!
There are 3 of them along the length of the trim.
