Hello everyone,

My names Chris and I picked this up 2 weeks ago as a cheap run around after I had to scrap my beloved modified v70.

Jobs: undoing the colour coded bumpers so make it look less like a puffer fish,

Doing something the centre console as looks to be painted with red humbrol paint.

Fix the sunroof

Welcome! Maybe you can get away with putting the lower grill on the front back to black to break up the silver. Have a look at my project thread where I have something similar going on.

Welcome from me too.
I think the black wheels upset it, visually. Just me, of course. The lower grill, and fog lights trims do need to go back to black, and would sort the bumper. Might also improve the look of the wheels once there's other black areas to tie them to.

Cheers guys, I’m pretty handy with the spray paint so easy fixes. Not too fussed about the wheels as I fancy some TT 5 spokes in bright orange 😜
 
need to sort out the smokey start up first. Haven’t had time to properly have a look at it but plenty of Google and checking on here. Only started a week after I bought it typically lol
