Yes that KKL lead will work with VCDS Lite / Windows / Audi A2.

If it comes with a copy vcds, don't install it. Only install the genuine download from Ross-Tech. If it comes with a driver on a disc, then install that first. Then, and only then, restart the pc, and plug the cable in, for the first time. Any other order will not work.

Will it work with Full Fat VCDS as well?

NO Full Fat VCDS IS A SPECIAL LEAD that contains the registration information and the number of VINs the cable is limited to.

Look at VCDS Lite as a learning curve and if you need to register it for $99 then consider the option of instead going for full fat as it is more capable and suitable for VAG cars up to about 2015. The latest versions are capable of the current new models although the electrics have poor or no support as yet.

If you register, ($99), a copy of VCDS Lite, Ross-Tech will discount a subsequent full version by $50, bought from them, (not Gendan), I believe.
