Issues with PM's today

Just a heads up that there appears to be a problem with PM's today.

There's an error message come up when you try to send a message to show that it hasn't been sent. It HAS actually been sent so i'm getting multiple messages from multiple members. I look to be very popular today :)
 
Afternoon Steve,

I experienced a complete lockout of the Forum from around 0900 this morning and just this minute been able to log back in.

Since gaining access again I’ve been able to send a PM to a member and I had no complications or errors.

Whatever happened this morning seems to have been resolved which we might hear from Ben @ben shortly.

Please do keep us updated if you notice any other reduced/problematic functionality.

It's not just PMs, I had exactly the same problem posting into live threads in the forum. But the issue does seem to have resolved, thankfully.

I was unable to log in at all today too.

I've had such a productive day today 😂
 
Hello again,

Ive just lost PM functionality now which is frustrating. Ive also lost very wordy PMs that I sent 03:30 this morning.

Please do not post anything that might be time consuming to repeat should it disappear until services are fully restored.

The issue will be worked on in the background and an announcement with details will be provided in due coursed.

Apologies for any hindrance this has caused.

Chaps, I had the same, no access at all and a 403 message on screen!

And then the lights came back on, what is the date today?
 
The advice on how to work around the current issues which Tom @2work posted on this thread has now been moved to its own thread in Announcements, you'll find it in the News section at the top of the homepage. Ben is aware of the situation and we hope to have some more news later tonight.
