Fed up and cheesed off, you shower your A2 with love and affection for over seven years then you let someone else take her for a spin and OUCH! Whilst parking the car the front bumper under trim becomes caught on the kerb and then she looks at me and reverses out saying Oooooh what was that :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
I now have a distorted black trim which needs moulding back to shape, the screws which hold it in place are ok any ideas?
Would a heat gun work, immerse in hot water or ?? (The trim that is)
So P***** OFF!!
 
A heat gun works well on the undertray, I don't know about the trim.

This is a fairly common bit of damage on our A2s.
 
I'm feeling guilty here, I did the same to my girlfriends s3 lol, she wasn't happy! Sorry to hear about your choice of mrs, and my girlfriends choice of boyfriend! Lol hope you get it sorted easily :)

I did this a few years back on my previous a2 and took it to my local garage at the time, they had a go with the heat gun and it worked pretty well from memory, result wasn't perfect but couldn't really tell that it had been damaged...hope you get it sorted.
