leather door cards???

if you have leather seats do you get matching door cards? if so can someone show me a pic of a red leather door card please?

It shows both the driver and passenger door cards on my A2, which was factory ordered with red leather.

They're leather, but not padded in any way, so it doesn't feel particularly luxurious.

Still a darn sight better than the Polo I have at the moment though!

They are NOT real leather!!!!! The seats are real leather but the armrest is only (in german: Kunstleder= imitate-leather). But it matches the color pretty well and is not hard plastic.
I have real leather everywhere but custom, made it my selfe. The armrest and side above the armrest are padded:
