locking wheel nut. Problem

Cheers. All the pictures show the bumpers and side panels off but don't mention how to do this.
Hopefully it's obvious. I'll try the side panel and under tray first for the washer and then maybe the try either method for the horn, the headlamp removal first.
I have a day, hopefully I can achieve it in that. Fingers crossed.
