I think there might be a wait of up to a day for admin to process the payment. I remember I received an email when mine was done - I hadn't stayed online though, it was just there by the next time I logged in.

I checked your profile and you're showing as a paid member. Can't see when exactly that was updated however you should by able to access the market with this access .
