THought I'd put a post up to the Tyresmoke MK meet as I'll be taking the A2 along with me, it can be a small affair but I'm posting this across a few boards I'm a memberr of to try to make it a more generic Audi brand meet, sorry for the short notice as I forgot!!!!!!!

Any enthusiast welcome. Potential MK meet newbies please post below so we can look out and welcome you! Usual suspects please post your attendance. Last month was undoubtedly a record in recent years - 433 thread views, 6 new faces to the meet, and 12 attendees overall - in no particular order Craigy, Kieron, Techie, Tone, Jo, Garcon, Collease, Natalie, Steve, Lee, Stacey and yours truly. After posting it on RS246 last time, this month I will be opening it to spin-off forum Audi SRS also. The two hold a joint Audi Ace Café monthly meet which has been excellent since it started this spring.
After lots of people arriving early last time, I’ve ditched the dinner party style 7:30pm for 8pm and just put 7:30pm. Makes sense during the summer months – this will be our ‘midsummer’ meet with the longest daylight, and if the weathers good we could eat outside overlooking the lake.
For any newcomers (or forgetful old timers) the Caldecotte Arms pub is by the junction of the A5 and the A4146 right next to the oddly shaped - and now smoothly resurfaced - roundabout under the A5 (great for testing your Milltek). Turn into the car park, drive down as far as the pub and then turn left towards the back. Look for the Windmill! (see below)
