Minor coolant leak from coolant reservoire

Found a very minor coolant leak from the coolant reservoir. Does anyone have any suggestions on what could be causing it. The leak is on the round lip where both sections meet.

It could be the cap seals failing, it blows the coolant out of the little square hole and collects on the seam, or it could be the seam itself as they are known to fail. One other possibility is the internal seals of the level sensor are leaking. Clean and dry everything then watch carefully as you bring the temperature of the coolant up.

Also can be hairline cracks that open up when hot. Buy a new top and if that does not work buy a new tank for £45 from Crewe Audi on here.

Welcome by the way.
