Thought I'd share some photos of my previous and current projects, all japanese I'm afraid and fairly heavily modified, 99% of the work done by myself. I'll post a before and after for each.

This is the current one, a 2007 Honda Odyssey RB1 Absolute, I imported this through JDMAuctionWatch in July last year so not much has been done yet, so far just coilovers, 19" Work wheels, retro-fit of an oem spoiler and a full ICE upgrade.

Before the Odyssey I had a 2003 Nissan Skyline 350GT, another import that I picked up from Bournemouth. I went to town on this one, vinyl wrapped, air suspension, interior retrim, home-made boot build, performance and visual engine mods, carbon bootlid, the list was pretty long on this one. This was sold to a guy in Italy last year. The odyssey will be up to this level as money and time allows.

And before that was a 360 bhp Silvia S15, another import but picked up from the 2nd UK owner. This was a lot of fun but I wanted something a bit more comfortable and modern. Lots of engine and chassis work on this one, upgraded turbo with all supporting mods, wider front wings, engine blinged up, HKS coilovers, Koenig wheels, reclining bucket seats, Nardi wheel etc etc.

I had two MG ZRs before these but I'm not going to bother posting those up haha.

Wow, really love your style. The boot build looks fantastic.

Please please please build your A2 :)

I’m looking forward to what you can do on an A2. I bet you can’t help yourself.

That boot looks like a gentleman’s invented machine from an 1900 elegant workshop! It’s beautiful! Is that the gaslift for the air ride?

Great idea for a thread Andrew never knew you were so into cars in the way you are. :)

I'm an Oem plus kind of guy so sorry if these bore people.

Just had this one fully painted, glass out doors stripped etc. I would have finished the other plans for her, an RS2 + power hike around 375 bhp but with no lag had it not been for some hefty A2 bills. These older Audi's of mine only ever need a service and that's it and purr so sweetly!

S6 Plus spec manual turbo Quattro run out model with all the V8 optics.

One of a kind colour in the UK, Final Edition 80 2.8 manual Cabriolet that needs a little work now.

My first 2.6 manual avant that really got the Audi bug going back in 2001 and only sold it in 2009 when i bought the loaded black one. In my 50k miles it only ever needed a powers steering pump and a camshaft sensor not bad for a car that had covered 150k miles and still looked this good.

Own this special fully loaded manual 2.6 80 Avant for almost 10 years now.

And this manual S6 Estate plus spec ( run out model with the Euro V8 optics wheels black trim etc ) Which when i get round to money wise will be getting a full paint job and a cream leather interior swap from the black leather.

Fair old collection you've got there Mark. Plus 2 A2's isn't it? So about 5 cars at the moment and one very understanding wife.

Not going to lie, I’m struggling to do nothing with it apart from tidy it up and drive it! Buying the A2 was mostly a money saving exercise so I wouldn’t have to use the honda to do the commute around London, plus this A2 isn’t good enough a base to do anything show worthy with, it’d need a full respray and lots of rectification work that I don’t really have time ir money to do at the moment. I might get some coilovers and different wheels at some point though.

Thanks for the kind words on the boot build, it was unique for sure. It took about 14 weeks to make. Yeah it’s all the air stuff, tank, compressor and manifold.

Karen is very understanding mate i'm lucky it's give and take on both sides. :) Counting the 2.8 blue quattro behind the silver 80 avant i sold above, it's 7 cars  Lol. The fully loaded 2.8 demonstrator car is supplying the beautiful Ecru (cream) leather interior and is almost completely stripped bare now, Its' all part of the long term plan honestly Gov.
