Hi Naz i work in a body shop, don't know who you are getting to spray the spoiler but you want to leave it out in the sun for a few hours, it de gasses them as some times we have had spoilers blister and silocone up if you don't we have an oven so we put them in there for a bit but the sun does a good job. You will have to post some pics when you get it done

Cheers Phil

hey,

thanks a lot for the advice, i was thinking of spraying it myself as i have a little experience in that field but maybe i should get a professional job done?

thanks,
Naz

Hey there Naz

I fitted my own spoiler to the A2 myself with the help of a friend who has mastered how to use a spray gun.lol

Hi Naz if you are spraying it your self it may be ok because i think you only have problems if you bake it, as we bake are cars at 80degrees, so as you will be air drying it should be ok but it wouldn't hurt to leave it out in the sun for a bit if we get any that is.

Cheers Phil

If you use dark color: In summer in the sun the spoiler gets hot! up to 50-60°C . I sprayed mine projektzwo spoiler black matt. But for dark colors you better use an oven after spraying.
