NEW A2 Owner in NW England

Hi. I WAS looking for a TDI Colour Storm but FOR NOW...still hunting for the right car for me, I have plunged for a cheap car hidden on a local ads site. July 2003 Pine Green with Twist interior. Cruise Control, DIS, Working OSS, Front Fogs and AC. 122k miles, FSH and belt and pump done. Some bits to tidy but the interior is exceptionally clean and VERY bright with the roof open. I'm based near St Helens, Merseyside and write for a few classic car magazines.

Cracking little purchase. One of my favourite colour combinations with the twist interior and beige/brown coloured dashboard trim.

Classy and timeless.

Thats a fine looking A2 -- love pine green. Good luck in your storm hunting, one A2 is never enough lol

Nice colour I'm a fan and welcome to the world of A2OC, Ive only been a member 3 weeks and the information these guys have on here is truly outstanding better than any haynes manual any day..

That’s looks lovely! It’s also the same colour combination as the Aston Green (now Reading Audi I expect...) demonstrator that I drove way back when the A2 was still new :)

Welcome, that really is a lovely A2 :)

Out of curiosity what is your ideal Colour Storm?

Ps, don't fight it, a CS & TDi is a good combo ;)

Welcome aboard as other have already stated this is the start of something for which there is no know cure, just ensure that you have sufficient drive / garage space for the pair of A2's that you know you are going to own eventually
I do like Pine Green, it is one of those colours that just looks so classy
I have a number of obsolete / hard to get hold of parts in remanufacture, see the 3D printed parts thread, door check straps and TDI remap threads should you find the odd thing that is not working correctly when you get into the inner workings of your A2
Cheers,
Paul
