new calipers

pads with disks is a must, but if you are leaving the disk and pads and just replacing the callipers then only need to replace if worn / grooved

How worn are your discs/pads? If there's any lipping or grooviness (looks like an old vinyl record) then it's false economy to put the old stuff back on. Get a Mintex Brake Box for £50 or so and put them on. The only extra work is undoing the single retaining screw holding the disc to the hub.

I can recommend this kit. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/152555627448

Just done mine. If i remember you get NB_parts branded calipers (box branding. Which are identical to the originals as far as i could see), Eurobrake disks and Motaquip pads. You willl also need some copper washers (4) when refitting the brake hoses to the caliper.
