new clutch slip and hard brake pedal no brakes problems

right then, overcame the jdd gearbox hard gear selection, selects lovely now, but biting point is right at the top of the pedal almost to the point it feels as if you could let the pedal al the way up and nothing happens, anyway took it up the road today and even the smallest dab on the accelerator makes it slip, and my brake pedal is really hard and brakes are rubbish to the point of dangerous, have i done something wrong, ive bled the clutch as best as i know how, would this have an effect on the clutch slipping, any ideas please as im gonna go 10-4 pretty soon.

There is something wrong with the clutch - probably faulty pressure plate I would guess.

I would also guess the brake problem is a separate, unrelated issue.
