Information New excited A2 owner looking for some help & advice

Hi

Im new to this forum having just purchased an Audi A2 1.4SE Petrol (2000/X) with open air sunroof. Having only owned it for 1 week im really excited about the thought of personalising it further and have some questions if anyone can help:-

a) The clutch byting point is very high (but clutch is not slipping) - is there anyway this can be adjusted/lowered ? Would the byting point come to a 'normal' poisition if i replaced the clutch (id prefer not to do this because i dont think it needs changing at mo)

b) Ive seen some really nice pictures of a body kit for the Audi A2 - i would really like to fit this kit if i can get my hands on one - does anyone know where i can find one from other than an Audi dealer ?

c) I wouldn't mind changing the interior to leather and wanted to know what other Audi model interiors (i.e A3, A4) would fit straight into my little A2 without too much trouble ? (I would want the front AND rear seats changed).

Im sure there will be other questions i have later but any help/advice would be very much appreciated !!

Hi ZAF, welcome to the A2oc
The clutch is hydraulic and as far as I know, there are no adjustments for the biting point. It's a long shot but bleeding the clutch may help if there is air in the system.

Body kits are quite rare but occasionally come up on e.bay

The front seat runners are different to most other Audis. Its rumoured that TT front seats will fit but can't recall anyone actually doing the conversion. I suspect the rears would need to be custom trimmed to match as nothing else is remotely similar - unless other club members know different.
