What can i do? I know the recommended ratio is 1:1 which means 2 bottles of coolant so should i somehow make it to a dealer or is there another alternative?

Also, does anyone know where i can find a window winder handle? Looked everywhere for a grey one but no luck at all.

I'd just fill the cooling system with plain water, drain it when you get back from the dealers and fill with fresh antifreeze mix. Providing there are no severe frosts, driving a few miles without antifreeze won't do any harm. When doing the refill, its good practice to mix the antifreeze with distilled or de-mineralised water.

A new window winder handle from Audi should cost around £12

Idiotically, i never even considered going to Audi! Trying to hard to find a bargain.
 
Sorry to sound stupid but is it a simple job to drain the A2? I dont need to lift the car or remove the plastic bottom tray? Any idiots guides out there?

Most of the coolant can be drained by removing the bottom radiator hose (undertray needs to be off) but some will remain trapped in the engine because the thermostat is closed. On the TDi, most of this can be drained by removing the hoses on the oil cooler but I'm not sure if the FSi engine has a similar layout.
