new style wipers

Hi all

I need to replace the wiper blade, on my 02 SE, I have the old type.
I've seen this link to new style arm & blade.
Has anyone fitted one? does it cure the judder? is it better than the old type arm/blade?

I would also like to know the answer to that one.
What excuse do I give at my local Audi dealership to guarantee replacement?
Lets be honest, the old type is bloody awful!

It was about 12 months ago (3 months before the end of the warranty -Y Reg A2), i read through articles about the wiper problem on here.

Took my car in for a service and mentioned that the wiper jumped and scraped if it was raining lightly - i mentioned the internet and that the newer A2 (then) had a better design.

Picked the car up at the end of the day - new style wiper arm!

Car in at the end of the month, so I will let you know how I get on! Will probably winge a bit to see if it get's me anywhere.
