New wiper blades (GOLF)

Hi everyone, I've just updated my rather horrible and noisey wiper blades on the Golf to the new VW/AUDI floppy blades.. I have to say that they are considerably better. I know the A2 new wiper blade is now out there, it may be worth while you looking at changing over if you are have any problems with yours...

They are clearly making them available now across the VW range - they were on the new VW Touareg that I saw at the motorshow.

Has any one had them fitted onto an older A2?

What I sincerely believe is that owners of new cars with the floppy wipers will likely never appreciate just how good they are, unless of course they have experienced an older model. To be honest it needs someone like “Maersk” to make the change, when it was after all his skilful observation as to just how much air turbulence noise is generated by the old wiper design. If he did this, then I figure we could 100% trust his judgement in terms of improvement made – or not made.

Like Roy I belief I have seen a good improvement with the floppies now being fitted onto my Golf.
