A big hello from me, a newbie to the A2 clan. I am from Trowbridge in Wiltshire and today had a really good buying experience from some on this forum that lives nearby. We originally went to view another car in Bristol, which had lovely grey heated leather, but looked like it had a hard life. whilst making the decision viewer no2 arrived, which was a bit awkward. lol. Decided at this point to contact ‘chris’ to see if we could view his as we were passing, and we did. So glad we didn’t buy the first one as the tdi sport we now own is spot on!
lovely red leather, black trim, looks great, drives nicely. It’s had a lot of time spent on it by Chris to get it up together…..service, brakes, timing belt etc, which saves me doing it!
its going to replace our trusty, but seriously expensive to run Volvo 850 T5. Covid has made us realise what we do and don’t need,
Ive always loved A2s, but done nothing about it until I got to drive on about a month ago, and that was it!
it’s on 152,000 miles and drives well, I hope it will do us well.
we have 5 classic cars, but use mainly in good weather, I do all my own repairs, so no doubt I’ll be asking some questions ?
