Newbie request - Pics of A2's next to other cars

Evening all,

Don't ask me why, but the A2 is beginning to grow on me rapidly and I'm thinking of selling my MR2 Roadster to get one. No reason other than saving a few pennies and I like the style of the A2.

The only thing is they're not terribly common so I was wondering if anyone has pics of their (or any) A2 in a car park/on a drive ay, with other card near them, os as to see an idea of scale/size. I've trawled google with not much luck.

Also, does anyone have any pics of 'euro' style A2's? I'm thinking of going pretty low with some dished rims :)

Welcome to the club! There's no need to ask why the A2 is rapidly growing on you, as an owner of an MR2 roadster, you clearly like a car thats a bit different, and the A2 is a very distinctive and beautifully designed car ( not that we're biased on here!):) If you look in the gallery, you will find thousands of pictures of the A2. I don't know about the car sitting next to other types of vehicles though? If you dont have a garage near you with one on sale, feel free to drop me a private message and I'll email you some snaps of our A2 next to some other motors on our street and on the drive beside our A3. You'll find the A2 sits a little taller than most cars, and its a bit narrower than most as well. Don't let the dimensions fool you though, its like a tardis inside the A2. :) Good choice, I hope you make the decision and buy one :D

I can see your point about hte MR2 and 'different' cars.

I've spent aaaages on the gallery - there are a lot of considerably nice cars out there! I think if/when I get an A2 it'll just be lowered 20-30mm on some rs4/6/8 replica or TT wheels (they tend to look best suited to the a2) or maybe some euro style deep dish rims. That's all most people seem to do and it makes the car look perfect. An oem bodykit would be nice but not essential if I get a black car :)

I couldnt find any pics of the A2 next to any cars really, and sadly there are no A2's "near" me for sale. If you could take a few snaps for comparison, that'd be great :) PM sent

Mine next next to a Leon Cupra, Focus ST, Imprezza and a white K1. But really, mine is a lot smaller! To give you an idea, the car is about the same size as a Honda Jazz which is far more common.

And what a switch! Low CG mid-engine RWD to a 5 door FWD city car with traction control that cannot be switched off (when over 42mph)!! Are you sure? :)

Haha, it's a rather large switch, but I've just bought a house and have had the MR2 for a while so the RWD convertible novelty isn't really there as much as it once was. Now it's about low running costs, and something a little bit different.
