Norwich Audi

Just wanted to flag good service when it happens.

I am NOT in any way connected to Norwich Audi (Formerly Robinsons Audi) but my 1.6 FSi Sport was recently in there for the much feared Engine Management Light problem.

They fixed it inside a day, after it had been with a specialist for two weeks. Total cost? An hour's labour!!! (Approximately £100)

Admittedly they didn't do much, but they did disconnect the ECU as per Audi service bulletin, and did an upgrade to the software at the same time.

Net result? One happy little A2 that's running as sweet as a nut!

I can second that.

I was driving my dad to hospital in Norwich and the brake light went.

The buzzer went off and waring on Dis came on. I thought oh no I've broken my dads car lol.

As we were heading into Norwich I would take it into them.

They were very helpful and gave us a very nice cup of coffee when we waited.

Took them about 1/2 hour which was fair enough as we turned up on speck.

The lady brought the keys back. I asked how much and they free of charge.

I know its not a big or expensive job, but they were very polite and helpful.

I know huntindon audi would charge you for the air you breath in the showroom if they could get away with it.

I went into Huntingdon one because I was woried about my breaks, and would not look at them for me. Said make a appointment and come back week.

So it was nice to go to nirwick and feeel like you business is valued.

Cheers

David
