NS Front Window Switch not working.

Hello All,
Little help please!

The passenger front lekky window works perfectly from the drivers switch :D, but not at all from the passenger door switch .
I got a second hand switch, but that's the same :mad::mad::mad::mad:

Does the switch need adaptation or anything?
I'll get the VCDS out later to check if the CCCU is getting the signals?

Thanks ;)

Tough to say and all being well the VCDS will assist when you get chance. I had an issue with the driver side the other day and through fault finding it fixed itself so I can only assume that perhaps the connections on the door module had corroded a little. May be the same in your case as I would be surprised if the cables have failed as should all be secured to the aluminium door liner. Worst case it may be actual door module itself but hoping its a simple fix.

Good luck!

Thanks Buddy,

Well, I just trawled through VCDS and found nowt when operating the drivers switch, so I've no idea how it interfaces with vcds.
Door module........does this car have an individual module for everything!?

In this instance I believe the CCCU (Module 46 on VCDS) is the module that will be of use for measuring the door activities so to speak! There is a control unit in the door that is part of the window motor mechanism that all the door items plug into.

If time allows tomorrow I will look at mine and report back.
