Evening Nathan,

I’ve not sent the files yet to get a quote. Ive been far too busy lately but it will happen.

Before I get Cut-Tec involved I’ll be working with Paul again to modify the files to adapt it to suit an A6 C5 armrest. Main reason for this is they are more readily available (unlike the A1 armrest) and are far cheaper to obtain.

The look of the C5 armrest in Graham’s @audifan A2 looks really good and I’d like to have the same item fitted but with a bespoke bracket.

Give me a week or 2 and I’ll have the files and a C5 armrest with Paul to see what is possible.

I’m from Holland and over here we had the exact same thoughts as mentioned in this topic. The idea came to life after reading a similar topic on the german A2 clubsite . As per instructions I had ordered the 3D trim and had the bracket cut and welded.

Tom as you know from earlier posts. I am interested in a bracket to suit a C5 armrest. If it looks like happening a group buy would be brilliant!

Hi Phil,

I've sent the files to Tom. Of encompasses 4 files, one the 7-part bracket and 3 files for the 3D parts. All you have to do is order them at a 3D shop and metall shop of your preference and have the bracket welded. Fitment in the dat is prettig straight forward of jou have already disassembled some of the interior parts.
I think of wait, there will be a groupbuy through the A2OC forum.
