The only other thing I can think of is either faulty oil pressure sensor. Low oil pressure can trigger low oil warming light or oil pump is on its way out.

No fault codes, only the low oil level warning, while the lever read out is 77mm ..

Are you sure that oil pressure has a variable measurement sensor ? As the one for level measure also oil temperature
For low oil pressure there will be a red oil car sign.

Please don’t be offended - I will replace this sensor as I do not have any other reasonable solution

Not offended. Your symptoms all point towards an issue with the sensor. Yes VCDS is giving an oil level reading, but what is the temperature reading. Although the level is ok there may be a circuit fault in the sensor that is putting on the light.
