Hi I should firstly say I am in no way affiliated with this at all. I have just purchased them and thought they were so cheap -especially compared to Amazon- that people may be interested themselves. Mine arrived today. I didn't see it was a 2for1 offer so now have 4! I willl definately use them though!

I hope this helps someone! I also made another cheap discovery too, which I will post seperately :)

Maybe you could report back on performance? I’ve never had much luck with this sort of stuff personally.

This was I believe the original treatment that was applied to the rear screen in the factory. How effective it would be on screens that have not been retreated since a genuine Audi service who knows. Can not even say if Audi did reapply the treatment at the services although they were supposed to.

I do not use any treatment on the windscreen.

I normally use Rain-X and thats OK, but I read this what the dealers used, so will be cleaning and polishing the glass, then applying it. The whole car needs a deep clean inside and out, so I have this sort of stuff to do anyway!

Ok, so this is the first entralling installment of my experience with the stuff. I ended up as previously described, through my own ineptitude to read the Ebay ad, with 4 packets of it. Today, I used my sunny Sunday afternoon to clean the glass with very soapy water, dried it, and then polished it with AutoGlym glass polish and a DA polisher. Once dry and free of grease, I applied the Ombrello. I can say it took 3 of the 4 packs to fully coat my entire glasshouse in this order: Tailgate and rear side windows: 1 pack, Windscreen and Front side windows: Tupak, OSS and rear door windows, er, 3rd pack. I kept polishing and buffing with a white microfibre cloth.
Thats it for now. I will wait for rain, and then drive it when I can. Its supposed to last 10 months.
If there wasn't the offer on, then this would have cost about £34. As it was, it was £22something with a pack left over.
Let the fun begin!

Update number 2! Here are some pictures of my Ombrello extravaganza. I also started to service the OSS today by clearing drainholes and cleaning up the dirt in there, which wasn't too bad. Also, in the pictures are my new set of powdercoated wheels and Kumho tyres. The paintwork is now due a proper polish as are the headlamps (and they need sealing up too).
