OpenSky / panoramic roof problems

Hi, I'm having problems with the roof function on my car, the front glass panel doesnt seem to go back squarely of forwards for that matter.....the motor is OK, and all runners are clean and lubricated....

Is there a specific proceedure to adjust the mechanism ? have heard Audi dealers use jigs to reset, but ther must be a simpler after market method that specialists have used ?

I am a panel beater so am able to do the work once I understand whats needed, etc.

If I need a new worm, does anyone know who maunfactured the roof and their components on behalf of Audi ?

I can see that might turn out to be a pain...

The roof is manufactured in Germany by Arvin Meritor. There are many reported issues with the roof not opening correctly, sliding to one side etc. Arvin have come up with a repair kit and I have a presentation in German showing it being used. PM me and I'll forward a copy in the morning.
 
I would also be interested to see this.

My A2's roof is out of action...before i bought it the dealer discovered it wasn't working correctly, audi said it had become mis-aligned and would be £2000 to repair.

I still went ahead and bought it (with a discount for the faulty roof of course!) but would be nice to think at some point it could be working again?
