Park assist wiring - easy question.

Hi guys,

I have installed the parking dynamics front and rear parking sensors. The rear becomes live when the reverse gear is selected. I am trying to find an easy option for providing 12v power for the front sensor system. I have routed the wires through the bonnet release cable grommet in the bulkhead When the ignition is off I do not want the system to be live and drain power. Can anyone suggest an easy option for splicing this in somewhere which does not involve tearing things to pieces ?

PS: What a pain in the arse getting the bumpers off !!!!
 
You can tap into one of the circuits from the light switch - test to see which is a switched positive with a meter.

Yes, the bumper removal is a nightmare!!

Pull the light switch out!

Push in the knob, twist clockwise a little and then pull the entire unit out to expose the wiring.
