I'd request it in advance. Don't take anything for granted. On my last two new A2's the tyre pressure's have been incorrect.
Make sure the service flap opens.
Make sure you have the first aid kit, bottle of oil in boot and puncture repair kit.
Make sure you have a full compliment of service/handbooks.
My current A2, the interior glass was exactly as it left the factory.
There were a couple of stains on the seats.
The clock/calendar had not been set.
No vanity mirror on passenger sun visor.
These are all covered in the PDI so it begs the question, what else have they missed because the relevant boxes were ticked on the PDI sheet.
Check body for scratches as I missed one on the bumper.
This car is going back at the weekend so I haven't taken the above up with the dealer.
For some reason I haven't had a courtesy call from the dealer or Audi this time. I thought that was usual.
