Hi does anyone know where I can purchase a new button/unit for my petrol release and alarm sensor?

Order from Audi.
Stoke Audi do mail order if you don't want to visit your local dealership...
 
Well the petrol one broke and got stuck in ages ago and I've been lazy not replacing them then when I was messing about with the alarm one I dropped the spring ! I've ordered 2 new units today ! Car is good to go now all clean and shiny ! :)
 
Ah, ok. Non-functioning switches can be caused by other electrical issues, but it seems the problem is obvious in this case! :p

Hi Emma

I had a similar issue some months back. I removed the switch and stripped it and cleaned the contacts with an electrical solvent. A little lubricant and the switch is as good as new. Might save you a few pounds if you feel confident to try this path. Good luck.

Thanks I may have a go but my mechanic skills are limited and I'm selling the car so I'd feel better knowing the mew owner had got new buttons :)
