Plastic ring found in the glove box

Hi everyone. I've found this plastic ring in the glove box, but have no idea what it's for. Tried to look up the number (4624 0172), but that didn't turn up anything.
Does anyone know where this belongs?

Morning,

That looks to be the cover that fits over the rear headrest tube guides. They can easing fall off when removing the rear headrests when folding the rear seats

Perhaps you have one missing?

They're not just specific to the rear seats either, check your front seats too (although you don't often remove the front headrests).
