Platinum front storage tray on AT site

Nice find, thank you. This is exactly what I need, never enough of storage space.

Before I order I would like to ask if anyone knows if this is just a simple replacement or if there is any addiotional item that I will have to buy so this storage tray can be installed. It seems that this storage tray has some clips that I am not sure how they will go into my center console.

Thanks, Peter

You can either just break the clips of the bottom and attach it by alternative means, or your into a lot of other trim pieces to do the swap.

The handbrake trays were only provided in cars with the double-DIN headunit option, and their centre consoles had holes for the extra clips on the storage tray to go into. With a single-DIN car you have two options - cut the same slots in your own centre console, or cut off the clips - both feel like heresy to some extent.

I suggest the breaking off and Velcro/double sided tape option is the better to the two. It is reversible whereas cutting holes in the console is forever!
