Thorough, professional and helpful, but as the work was done under warranty I can't comment on costs. Big thank you to Martin Privett who managed the 5 day repair process:)
 
as above very professional and helpful but found the labour charges surprisingly high at £110 per hour or is this usual for a dealer? vw commercial were much less per hour and my van was cleaned.
you do however get a video of any advisories which you can watch at your leisure or while your busting your balls at work to pay there labour charges ha ha
 
Harold Wood Audi near Romford was £144 per hour last time I looked. Which was a couple of years ago.

Just out of interest...what did you have done under warranty on a car that is at least 9 years old? (Assuming it was an A2, that is......)
