Power Steering issue

Hi All

There is a clicking noise when I turn/rock the steering wheel left and right quickly whilst stationary.

I did have power steering fluid leaking from the arm on the left. I have topped up but aware the gaitor is full of fluid.

Can the power steering be serviced or recondtioned or repaired?

Any advise appreciated.

Many thanks

I think I must be the only one with a power steering issue.
Any feedback appreciated, as it would add to the overall knowledge bank, within the forum.

Audi sell seals for the ends of the rack but don't seem to provide fitting instructions. They do however have a procedure for adjusting free play on the rack (which could be the cause of the knocking noise) Its also likely the free play has opened up the seals and caused the fluid leak.
I think the rack is made by TRW so it could be worth finding a power steering specialist rather than taking it to Audi.

Cheers Spike

Where is the information from? And how can I get access to the source if possible

Thanks again for all your continual support and advise
