Anybody tried this outfit - I stumbled on them whilst browsing for something else they quote two levels or servicing and do a collect and return from your home address - their level B service package is £220 for an A2....somewhat less than your local friendly neighbourhood dealer. Anybody heard any feedback?

Add the £5 charge for oil disposal and VAT on £225 and it begins to look less attractive. Still better than most (all?) Audi dealers though. I like to see where my vehicle is being serviced, and also who is doing it. Some places use work experience young teenagers and some use pensioners who have not necessarily worked in the motor trade.
Some time ago my MG was serviced at a main dealers, when I picked it up I checked it and found the oil level was ridiculously high and dirty. That's right it had been filled with oil before the old oil had been drained! "We get pensioners to do servicing part time" said the serrvice manager.
 
PrestigeCarServicing the worst car service in UK I had so far

Beware of PrestigeCarServicing.
I used PrestigeCarServicing to do car service and regret it very badly now. They do nationwide car servicing and they claim it is up to 50% cheaper vehicle service than dealer.
They dream to do landrover service, lexus service, mercedes service, audi service, bmw service, jaguar service, Porsche service, saab service, ford service, Volvo service, mazda service, Honda service, fiat service, chrysler service, citroen service, peugeot service and much more.
It is impressive taking into account that the same garage service car for all these car makes. Prestige car servicing is choosing one garage in the area and they are servicing cars for prestige. I can not imagine how one mechanic is capable of knowing all these car makes. Bosch garage in Berkshire did my car servicing and of course service was screwed.
Prestigecarservicing claim it is according to manufacturer’s service schema, BUT IT IS NOT!! When I demanded from Prestige Car Service detailed invoice they sent me the list which you may not compare with car manual listings. The list was not signed (Service A Car with no liability for the work carried out).
There were things listed, which were not working in my car (I was about to report it to dealer) and PrestigeCarServicing assured me it was checked. But it was not because it is still not working.
I had to do proper car service in dealers garage afterwards prestigecarservicing serviced my car. If I did not do it I would lose brakes warranty.
Car was not washed properly if you compare to dealers wash and they do not open car trunk to vacuum it.
