And that will be the last one available pre-Brexit. I’ll send you a pm.

Can I register interest in the last one please.
Increasing the running temperature of an engine increases it's the thermal efficiency of that engine, ie you get more energy out of the same fuel charge, than at a lower (normal) running temperature , regardless of throttle position. The higher running temperature is just for a tiny efficiency increase when at part-throttle.
@A2Steve Is there a way that ProBoost could license the map technology to someone in the A 2OC? I can't imagine that whatever ProBoost do in Germany could not be done over here just as well.I’m sorry to announce that having looked into the process of sending ECU’s to and from Germany for the mapping process, there are new levels of complexity and a risk of occurring unexpected transport charges. I have therefore suspended this service until further notice.
If the process becomes more simplified in future, then I’ll start things up again.
I’ll try to keep things as non political as possible, but by damn has Brexit ruined trade for sole traders/small business dealing with the EU.
But the ECU's here are happier because they are British ?I’m sorry to announce that having looked into the process of sending ECU’s to and from Germany for the mapping process, there are new levels of complexity and a risk of occurring unexpected transport charges. Yes, I had similar thoughts. It’s not over until the fat lady sings as they say. I’m hoping that it’s just early teething problems and the import/export of goods will get smoother in a couple of months.
The idea of someone in the U.K. doing the Pro Boost mapping process in-house sounds a good one if things can’t be resolved otherwise. I suppose the issue of trust may be a stumbling block but then perhaps @timmus may be a good Avenue for doing this if it comes to it, as I can’t think of someone more trustworthy.
I was wondering if they could send ecu specific files, so that each ecu modified would be controlled and charged for. That would protect their intellectual property.Yes, I had similar thoughts.
I’d be delighted to get involved, but I’d need to gain the trust of the ProBoost guys if they’re going to let me distribute their product. Perhaps speaking German will assist.
Cheers,
Tom

I am planning a trip to Germany in the spring to visit Nothelle with my S2. Perhaps I could collect a few ECU's if it's not too far out of my way? If lockdown allows, it will be April/May time.
Surely our issue is a bit complex here; second hand parts are being sent, then worked on, then sent back with no (apparent) inherent increase in value. In theory, i can't quite imagine that this would be subject to vat or import duty. I can imagine that it will be horrendously complex to sort out though...!
