I thought that the term may be a little local to the West Country and not well known elsewhere..
 
Yep.....£365 …..couldn't leave it for that as I've always wanted a yellow one in the stable.
Long MOT but has faults......no power/misfire...the usual FSi things...lol
 
Jaspers home....No engine management light.......sadly that doesn't mean no engine management light YAY!!….....it means no engine management light at all......lol
So this weekend the first jobs will be a full scan and dash out to see what horrors it holds....
I'm not at all bothered by this as in all honesty all I was interested in was finding a yellow car as you don't see many for sale...especially in my price range, as I like to modify/repair my own cars I cant justify spending money on a top notch car only to pull it apart to suit my needs....and tastes

Little update on Jasper...…..quick scan to see what horrors stored.........1 in engine management,.... temp sensor in radiator outlet...…...…Wow was expecting a few more.
Also had a quick look around the car, inlet manifold flap valve rod intact and working as it should, petrol flap button U/S, alarm interior sensor switch U/S, boot lock solenoid U/S, usual wear on switches etc, interior needs a deep clean, bodywork needs good polish and fettling.
So far so good and not bad for a cheap ebay buy...……...lets hope nothing rears its head over the next few days while I put a few miles on it
