My dealer, who is very good, was moaning to me that he put in QCA's, (these are quaility control reports), into Audi but never had any feed back. If this is true how can other dealers see if there are any common faults and the common fix's for these faults.
Within Audi is there a common database where Audi dealers can review all the quality reports against a fault/model, or are the dealers just given information when they request it.
If the dealers are are just fead information by Audi HQ it's posible that even the dealers do not know the extent of a quality problem
