Rattling sound coming from engine bay... top

Hi folks

I've a rattling sound coming from the engine bay... towards the top.
It's not the engine, but on bumpy ground it's almost like ARB.

I did have the ARB check a couple of months ago and all was well.

Perhaps connected... perhaps not, I sometimes sense steering wheel wobble when braking.
The discs are about 1 year old.

Any thoughts from you mechies?

I'm seeing quite a few broken brackets that hold the metal intercooler pipe in place now (the 2" pipe that crosses in front of the engine block).

This could well be causing the noise.

I doubt that the steering issue is related, as the pump assembly is held very securely. Also, you note that it's from the top area.
