Rear door glass replacement

Easy 3 T screws from the door card, 1 in X thread the winder handle. pull door card off being careful to unplug the tweeter (if you have one)

About 15 assorted screws from the aluminium door liner, pull that off.. pull the door rubber off the top of the window to just below where the door meets the window then there is 4x T45s holding the frame in the door undo those and lift it out.. reverse to fit but drop the frame in place put 2xT45s on the inside finger tight close the door to check the gap and fettle till your happy tighten everything and reverse the rest to re install..
 
Perfect. I Wish I didn’t have to mess with the top frame or rubber but will give it a go.
 
Be careful when installing, leave the bolts loose and line the top of the frame up with the roof. I made the mistake of tightening the bolts to find the top seal did not meet the roof and it leaked
