Red brake pads

This might sound a bit fancy to some, but are there any brake pads in red color like for TT that would fit the A2 ?

Do you really mean the pads ? (les plaquettes)
Not the calipers ?
The EBC Red Stuff pads are red indeed, but they are not aimed at normal road use, altough they'll do that job fairly well, especially if you drive hard.
But if you are carefull, you can paint the metal back of any brakepad with red paint for brake calipers...

So if you like red calipers, the easiest solution is to paint your existing calipers.
Go to Norauto or a shop like that buy some special paint for calipers (heat resistant) and paint them after a good cleaning.
 
red calipers... unless I have disc brakes at the rear, I would save myself from the embarassment of making the rusty rear drums stand out even more. And red painted rear drums are very laughable IMHO. Actually, it is a running joke of tiny red front calipers but drums at the back (see those saxo/corsa).
