Replacing ECU & CCM

I have a mapped ECU that I want to swap into a different car, have swapped over the ECU, CCM & key transponder but still have an immobiliser issue, what am I missing?

I believe that the ECU also needs to match the instrument panel.

Hi Steve,
if by CCM you are reffering to CCCU, that has nothing to do with ECU & key transponder.
