Replacing front wishbone bushings

Hi

Havent posted for a while as I havent really done much car stuff..............but now I have a job to do.

I would like to replace both the front and rear bushing on both front wishbones and I just wondered if anyone on here has done it and could post a brief how to
as I am planning on doing it this weekend
