Can a roofbox be fitted to the A2?

Yes it can, I have looked into it but not yet done it.

Halfords, amongst many, do the roof bars that are needed and most towing places includding Halfords do the boxes.

Go for quality and security and expect to pay around £300ish for something big but decent.. there are other options.

Keep in mind that the maximum weight the A2 can tote on it's roof is limited to 30 kg. That's about the roofbox, the roof bars and say two pair of socks.

Hi, I am new to club - i have had my a2 for 18 months - love it but have a growing family? Wife would like me to change it for something a little bigger - but ultimately boring... a Golf estate, a Touran!

Considering roof boxes - has anyone fitted one? if so what make? pictures of a2 with a roof box? Help would be muchly appreciated!

30kg weight limit on roof - is this true?

Hi,
I bought a Mont Blanc box + rack for the A2, works like a charm and looks great! Can sustain 160 km/h on Autobahn too!
