I've recently bought a set of aftermarket rubber floor mats on ebay, they were £22 for the set, delivered, new. They aren't as good as OEM, but they are hard to find, and expensive. Just to say if you are looking, I thought the set I got are decent value for money. Don't fit perfectly, but not far out, and are pretty heavy duty. The ebay number is 254303347851 if you're interested. cheers.

Yes nothing like the quality of the Audi genuine but as you say nod not a bad buy ? especially for the money ..keeps your carpets dry and clean .I’ve had them before acquiring new genuine unicorn ones a couple of years ago ..

Anyone else like to offer their experiences - are these as good as I can get in the absence of genuine Audi rubber mats?

It seems odd that it’s so many mat manufacturers that someone can’t make them almost exactly to the Audi pattern!

They can but the cost of the tooling will be high and the likely sales will be low therefore the price per set of matts would be so high no one would buy them
If the Audi tooling could be found then that’s a totally different question and is were a club like this can help greatly by effectively through its members guaranteeing to buy X number of set in one purchase. This will make it a LOT more attractive to a rubber mat manufacturer but likely not to the point where the cost of new tooling can be absorbed and still have mats at a reasonable cost per set
