Smelly AIRCON!

The impression I got was that they are one of the better ones for customer service, ie polite,helpful etc.

I was tempted to have my car serviced there shorty. I take it you dont rate them very highly?

They're polite enough, just not very competent I think. I've lots of examples of problems with them; from leaving me and another customer stuck waiting for a courtesy bus in Edinburgh city centre for 3/4 of an hour because they forgot to send the driver out (we had to get a taxi in the end), to not generally doing what they said they would. Happy to forgive the odd lapse but I've had half a dozen or so now over two years and two cars. The biggest problem is they never seem to return calls. I'm still waiting for a reply to one chasing said aircon stuff I made last week. Camerons Audi in Perth are much better but it's a hassle getting there.
