Something missing?

Can someone tell me if something is missing from here? I have a TDi 90 if it helps. Theres a bracket but nothing attached.

Hi Taake,
The bracket with a hexagonal rubber section is a broken antivibration mounting for the alloy intercooler pipe with the damaged edge & the other bracket is the third fixing for a double threaded stud for the noise insulation that is secured with 3 x M6 nuts .

Refurb/replacement bits for the metal pipe bit going around engine TDI90

Hi all, Could you advise what bits i need to order - essentially the rubber shock absorbing washer/bit has perished and cracked as well as the second plastic/rubbery harder bit(this one is cracked up) that hold the bracket at 90degree to the another bit of metal bolted to engine block...
