Found it on the Getty Images site. Says it was taken in Northampton on 30 March 2020 when residents applauded the bin men.

No not mine although I'm in Northampton. . I'd be worried the bin Lorry took the mirrors off like what happened on my A4 some time ago. They didn't even notice allegedly.
