Tailgate / Hatch will not open.

Hi , can anyone help??
When I unlock , I do not hear anything from the hatch-lock as before and I pulled the Emergency plastic-thing inside and , well see pictuer:-(

I need to get the inner lining off with the closed hatch(?)

There's no screws so just get something long and flat that will go in the top edge of the cover and try to pry it off the clips are very tight but once you get it started should come off

had boot lock issues recently, the cover needs pulling very very hard, becareful using anything to pry it off as you can damage the paint

Just had a thought you could do the coat hanger trick get a metal coat hanger, straighten it out but leave a very small hook on one end, slide it through the hole and try to hook the catch theres a bar that sticks out which is what the emergency pull handle attatches to . As you look through the hole its on that side of the catch .
